Trust me. It's not. It was SUPPOSED to be, but it ain't.

..and what they DO share....they don't like sharin'. It's a problem that has been addressed alot since 9/11 but doesn't seem to be fixed.

After 9/11 George W. Bush met with the CIA and the FBI to try an open up info and intel sharing between the agencies. He got them all in a big war room and ordered them to share intel, etc. They nodded their heads. When they broke the huddle, the CIA went to one far end of the room and the FBI went to the other...like oil and water. This is indicative how the CIA and FBI are with sharing intel among each other.

ive personally witnessed the sharing. but they are big agencies, i dont know how close to full sharing they are.
