Anyone else think this mis-information is somehow being manipulated by Miles. Great gamesmanship if you ask me. Guess the only way we'll know for sure is when the offense takes the field.

Big Brother-like misinformation. Call it gamesmanship, call it whatever. Fact is, until I see Early Doucet on the field, in a game, catching balls and blocking DBs, I will assume he is out for the season.

Desmond Howard reported in his online chatroom at 9:50 CDT that Early will not play:

Dan, were you seeing things? I've been watching the ESPN ticker for an hour now, and not a peep on Doucet.

If he plays it will be limited, decoy duty.

Miles should have said that he would play, even if he wont, just so UF would have to game plan for him.

After a drop we'd probably cheer for the backup anyways.
