1. Actually, it is. It's my best gump imitation.

Like I said, one of his biggest problems is immaturity. Glad you can see that.
  2. Does it bother anyone else that our coach basically has said he needs top tier coordinators to win?
  3. No I'd rather him be smart enough to realize that every head coach needs good coordinators to win, not like our last coach.

  4. Just about to say this. Also you know this guy name Belichick failed pretty epically at the browns, but he seems to be doing ok. People can change and grow. Gotta give the guy his shot.

  5. Heard he was 2nd on the list if things go south with kitten. Not sure if true take it for what it is. I wouldn't be too terribly upset with either of them.

  6. Absolutely not. It's a team sport. If he can learn and get better, maybe he will "need" less of a top tier coordinator in the future.
  7. Doesn't bother me.
  8. I don't expect Orgeron to learn OC, and the reason you have those positions is to have them coach, not be figurehead. HC has plenty to do already.

  9. What happens when those guys leave?
  10. Show me a coach who doesn't need a good OC or DC, as well as position coaches? Great coaches do help their assistants, but those assistants become coaches themselves due to their skills. At the end of the day, most HC's give their coordinators free reign, with some suggestions to fit what they envision.
