1. I know people are tired of hearing about NS going here and there but from what i read today in the Monroe paper, he ws seen that this weekends high school state championship in the Superdome. Why would he be doing that if he is planning to leave. This could really answer the question for now. Just wanted to post this and see what other people think cause I really dont think he is leaving.
  2. Man, and I was starting to believe that he was going to take every available coaching position out there... You know the man is that talented, he could do it.
  3. Chris Mortenson on ESPN talked about Coach Saban and the Miami job as being a possibility as they talked about Weis taking the ND job this morning.
  4. I just cant see a coach that is planning to leave to go to other high school games to recruit. Also they are close to getting Ryan Perilouxx(sorry dont know how to spell his name) and I would think that he wouldnt go to lsu if NS is planning on leaving. Most players want to go to winning teams and when the coach leaves and a new one comes in noone knows what will happen. I personally dont think he is leaving this year but only time will tell.
  5. I saw this as well...but think about it...Who wants to go to Miami...They have no semblance of an identity on offense...None whatsoever...They have a decent defense...but when I mean they have no playmakers whatsoever on the offensive side of the ball.

Add to this their one wannabe elite playmaker-David Boston the WR-just got banned for 4 games for violation of the League's Performance Enhancing Drugs Program, coupled with the discontent on the team, and you've got a recipe for bullsh!t...

    Who wants that job? Really?

Like I've said before...No one is going to give a top college coach complete player personnel control the way a Holmgren or Butch Davis got in years past...The move blew up in their faces, and it's a proven recipe for failure.
  6. Fox Sports: Saban SERIOUS about Dolphins job!

  7. More BS reporting, these guys can say anything they want like they have heard it from credible sources w/o ever having to give names. When someone makes a post on this board without proof everyone jumps on em, but these so called reporters, who need to offer rumors in order to make it seem like they are needed, can get away with this kind of fluff. Not only on Saban but on all of the coaches mentioned.
  8. Worried are we? :hihi:
  9. Just the opposite to tell you the truth. I have learned over the last 5 years not to worry about Nick at all or we would be worried all the time. There have been more than 40 reports about Saban leaving for other teams, including some other college jobs, which is really a laugher. Even had one this year about him going to Washington to caoch the Huskies.

And living in Atlanta I also get to hear Mort and Pasquerelli on the radio as well as ESPN and you learn never to take anything they say seriously and only about 1 out of a 100 of their predictions come about. Hell, that Dickson lady that use to predict New orleans was going to be lost to a Hurricane every year was more accurate than they are.
  10. Three posts...Nice tenure there, bucko...
