  6. well thats like sayin, why draft someone into the nba when they've had no professional experience, they have to start somewhere and sometime, so why not now, i mean it can't be any worse than it was, it can only be better
  7. Perhaps he did skip a few steps here or there, but couldn't you say the same thing for Lebron James? Kobe Bryant? Yao Ming? Maybe it is a bad hire, but you can't base a hire on experience alone. You also have to consider knowledge, character, and chemistry.
