i understand what ur sayin, the high expectations will get to him, but i dont' think someone of his caliber will crack under the pressure
I didn't refer to Malzahn, but...How would you characterize hiring someone who has had no college coaching experience to be OC at a major SEC program?
DEAR COACH FRANK BROYLES: Thank you for visiting Tiger Forums. We are happy for you . . . you seem to be very excited about your 2007 football season. However, I understand that you are recently married, and, perhaps you might want to spend more time with your new bride, rather than spending your time EMBARRASSING YOURSELF BY TALKING ABOUT A GAME THAT WILL NOT TAKE PLACE FOR ANOTHER NINE MONTHS. PS Come back and talk to us when you have one of these :crystal:
well thats like sayin, why draft someone into the nba when they've had no professional experience, they have to start somewhere and sometime, so why not now, i mean it can't be any worse than it was, it can only be better
Perhaps he did skip a few steps here or there, but couldn't you say the same thing for Lebron James? Kobe Bryant? Yao Ming? Maybe it is a bad hire, but you can't base a hire on experience alone. You also have to consider knowledge, character, and chemistry.
