  2. Loved him he always seemed happy. If there is a blueberry hill somewhere they should bury him there. One bit if trivia; a white bad boy singer from Mississippi named Jimmy Donley had a big influence on Fat's musical style. Fat's loved his songs and borrowed a few. Check out one of Donley's songs

  3. Looks like Roy Halladay is on this list. Found plane he just bought and just got licensed for in the gulf of Mexico. One person dead.

    Loved watching him pitch.
  4. Ironically, the plane went down near Holliday Florida
  5. Saw this on the news. It concerns me because one of my brothers is a pilot and owns a Cessna that he flies regularly. He's an AP photojournalist.
  6. I hope he's not famous. Seems like it's usually famous people in crashes like that.
  7. He won't make this thread either...lol
  8. Not really a celebrity, but worth noting....astronaut Dick Gordon died Monday at age 88. Gordon was command module pilot of Apollo 12, orbiting the moon while while Pete Conrad and Andy Bean landed. He later became the second GM of the Saints; he was the man of whom Mecom said,"I don't think football experience is necessary to be a general manager." That might explain Gordon's hiring J.D. Roberts as head coach.
  9. I don't think Theo Epstein has any football experience but I wish he was GM of the Saints.
  10. I would be okay with anyone but Loomis
