1. Sad, he wasn't going to be a star, but he could have had a decent journeyman-type career.

  4. Wow. The entire planet should get on their knees and mourn. No question he is the greatest.
  5. i remember all the white people hating him when i was a kid. did we gain a better perspective as a race or do we just not care enough anymore. I also remember everyone saying reagan was a farce. then our views change and we pretend we never felt that way.

just weird how fickle we are i suppose.
  6. Looks like Ali by reaction is the most significant and impactful person to die in my lifetime.
  7. I didn't hate but I didn't like. Still don't. I wish him restful peace but I feel no different today than I did yesterday.

  8. yeah i dont like arrogant fuckers. much less racist arrogant fuckers. Im somewhat of a boxing historian, loved what he did for the sport and his global impact. Still, im anti draft dodgers/muslims so thats a lose/lose with me. and im racist like him just the wrong color.

  9. I followed boxing a lot more when I was younger, including the Olympics. These days, I don't like it at all. I never was a Cassius fan although I recognize what he did for the sport. I was more a Foreman fan...still am. I think one of the fights I enjoyed watching the most was when Spinks beat Ali.
  10. Ali should have been retired five years instead of fighting Spinks.
At least he beat Leon in an IQ test.
