Next celebrity death

    Maybe not a real celebrity, but some of you may be familiar with former Nicholls and major league ballplayer Darryl Hamilton. He was killed in Houston yesterday, shot multiple times by his 44-year old girlfriend in a murder-suicide. He was 50. They left a 14-month old child behind.

    A few days ago John David Crow, a Louisiana native and 1957 Heisman Trophy winner at Texas A&M died..... Also not a celebrity but the mother of Charles Barkley died at 73..

    The ex-White House chef died. I didn't know his name before hid died.

    Buddy Landel: Knoxville, Tenn., Wrestler Known as 'The Nature Boy' Reportedly Dies at 53
    A friend said Landel died at his home in Chilhowee, Va., WATE reported. The cause of death was not disclosed. He began wrestling in 1979 and battled "Nature Boy" Ric Flair in the ring.

    Actor Dick Van Patten, perhaps best known as patriarch Tom Bradford on the 80s series Eight Is Enough, has died. He was 86.
