Ok Ok, I know Tirk said it does't count but I am still waiting for the official ruling. Sad to see him go.
It was not allowed. He had to die from something other than Pancreatic cancer in order for you to cash in. In other words, had he suddenly gotten prostate cancer and died from that instead, that would count. It's called the double terminal illness rule. Somewhat like double indemnity, just the opposite I 'spose. Oh, and suicide would have been allowed as well.
your pick=fail. I am the official ruling. Matter of fact, roxy roxborough determined you owe me 5 bucks.
It doesn't work that way. If you have cancer of the pancreas and then it spreads to your lungs or you "suddenly get" cancer in your lungs, it would still be considered pancreatic cancer. However, your point is well taken. Had he been hit with a bus, then it would count. At the same time, if someone has AIDS, they don't count if they die of pneumonia if it's AIDS related. That is my understanding anyway.
Maybe they will get together and have sex and both of them will die at the same time. What are the odds? The very idea brings to mind some very disturbing images. I hope I can get to sleep tonight. :angryfireo::cry::dis::dis::dis::dis::dis::dis::dis::dis:
