I saw him several times way back when. I would have thought he was older than 70. A truly amazing guitarist

I have been to a lot of concerts and without hesitation, Johnny Winter was one of the best. Seen him with his brother, Edgar at Astro World just after they started doing summer concerts. Duane Alman opened the show but it was the 2 Winter brothers that lit the sky. It was their mothers birthday (she was in attendance) so they brought it pretty hard that night.

Johnny being missed would be an under statement.
