I noticed that it was on this weekend....sort of made me freak when I read that he had died yesterday.
The guy was a comedic genius. National Lampoons vacation, Animal House, Groundhog Day etc etc. He died 19 years and 363 days after another one of the great comedic geniuses of my time died. 20 years ago tomorrow the late great Bill Hicks passed away. Feb 26th 1994 I was a high school senior and the world lost William Melvin Hicks. Dude was a visionary. His George HW Bush material was done so well, from 2002 to 2008 you could listen to it and those who didn't know who Bill Hicks was would think the material was current and about George W. Bush. Rest In Peace Bill.
