Cheer up Tigerfans, we need more cowbell!

I will contribute since I feel like a newbie.

Baby, I got a fever, the fever needs more cowbells!

This should cheer people up after this week.

Newbies are great for the board, no matter what the reason. I don't mind their sometimes lame questions, their exploration of tired old subjects, or their lack of message-board etiquette.

I do get annoyed when a single-digit poster comes on board like he owns the place, starts making inflammatory posts, and talking rude smack to respected visitors and locals on the main forum. I have been known to get in their face until they have paid some dues around here--not money, but a series of respected posts that let us get to know them and that contribute to the quality of discussion on the forum. TE remembers me from his single-digit days!

But speaking of money, I also get annoyed at 4-digit posters who are not contributors and I rarely respond to them. They are freeloaders in my opinion.
