I'm originally from Slidell but after 22 years in the US Navy and meeting a girl from Wisconsin I am stuck here in this frozen farm country arguing daily with Big Ten people. They just don't get it. So, I'll be dropping my anchor here. Between this and Direct TV I at least can pretend I'm home. Great site.

Welcome to the forum and I think you'll find it helpful in at least partially fulfilling some of that void. Many of our members who attend games, recruting bashes, etc. will bring a lot of LSU info to you. Members who attend games often try to capture the experience with pics and provide some insight to our GREAT LSU fans who weren't able to make the game and it's always a special priviledge to share it with those out of State. We have quite a few ladies on the forum, be careful.....they run the dam place and slap our hands when we're out of line in here. :hihi:

I too am an out of state....WAY out of state poster and I also am fairly new to TF. I think you will find that if you are respectful to the regulars and your posts are somewhat coherent you can find a place here. Please be sure to overstate the obvious and be as sarcastic as you can and you will fit in well. Oh and above all else :geauxtige :thumb: as always.
