if we went back to the old logo I'd finally buy all that LSU **** I want. I won't throw them a penny for anything with Toonces on it. Our logo is downright fugly.

What about using the tiger logo from Washington Artillery Park, in N.O.?

I don't ever remember seeing a tiger in that area (right across from Jackson Square?) and I am a native New Orleanian and only left in 1998.

Great photo shop job. It shows us exactly how bad that uniform would look. Maybe it's just my monitor but does the "gold" in that kind of look orange?

    Re: Tiger Stripe Helmets

I actually have a purple helmet at my house...I agree that the helmet could be worn with our current white jerseys and it would look good....but this is just my opinion.

I would post a pic of the helmet I have but I am not allowed to post pictures.

Which one, I admit to being a Kiss fan back in the day. First concert I went to was a Kiss concert @ the Centroplex in Baton Rouge circa 1978.

I'm curious. Where'd you get that???

I'd like to believe that we would act more like Michigan, Penn State, Ohio State and 'Bama and keep our uniforms "as is". That's a tradition that I like.
