WHY has this thread been viewed 1200 times. I know baseball hasnt started yet but do we really need to sink to RETARDVILLE Termology from a so called ND fan, who I firmly believe is a once removed LSU fan and poster here. Its ok, JUST SO NO! to stupidity and just let this thread DIE!:thumb: This has been a message from the Emergency Broadcast System, had this thread been made out loud in a public forum baseball bats would have been issued out before the beatings would begin. We now return you to your regular reading topic!
Where have you been IrishEyes? I was beginning to worry that the only other representation I would have here with me would be BitterND. I was getting afraid that I was going to have to change my name or something. This thread, along with the other post start by Bitter has just gotten crazier by the minute. It would be a much better argument to be able to say we're playing w/ the elite teams AND we have high academic standards. I can't stand the complaining that we can't compete BECAUSE of our standards. Sounds too much like Bob Davie. I believe that our time will come. I've gone through bad times as an LSU fan, and I've seen them reach the top. In fact, LSU got better and more consistant while at the same time recruiting players w/ better character and with pretty much zero off field issues. I just hope that WHEN Notre Dame gets back to the top that people like Bitter don't start flaunting this type of BS, then wonder why people around the country dislike the Irish.
and we all recognize that for something to be "unearthed," it would first need to be covered-up, right?
Your ignorance is truly astonishing. LSU is #10 nationally in all-time team rankings. LINK Only Alabama and Tennessee rank higher than LSU in the SEC. Do a little research before you speak, it will help your credibility a great deal.
Awesome link red55. I have to admit, even as a "former" LSU fan I didnt' think they would be ranked in the top ten. I know there was a run from the late 50's through the early 60's that LSU stayed on top, but I'm not familiar w/ any other period. I was also suprised at how high Tennessee was ranked. Maybe I'm not that old after all! The only flaw in posting the link is now I bet BitterND is going to make sure and point out who is ranked No. 1.
Two questions: 1. Why would you need "predominantly black players?" Do you believe them to be genetically superior in sports? 2. Are you suggesting blacks are not intelligent enough to get into ND? Hmmmm...................maybe I need to contact Jessie Jackson.
all top teams, even boise are predominantly black and yes they score less on average by a good bit on standardized tests and Id assume overall. not a real shocker to anyone who's followed sports since 1950. Yes, thats why ND has too many white guys suited up to be a top team. its no coincidence. they need to get back to the days of realizing if they want to compete theyre going to have to let the rapist priests make exceptions to let the top athletes in. the non-whiteys.
