I'll be there. This is the closest they will be to me up here in Chicago. I grabbed tickets on Southwest for $95.00 round trip. I will be bringing my "Yankee" girlfriend who has never been to a college football game. I know Vandy is nothing like Tiger Stadium, but it's always better to stretch before you exercise. Nashville is an AWESOME city. I encourage anyone who has never been "honky tonking" on Broadway to do so, even if you do not like country music. It is a blast. Just bought my tickets from the Vandy ticket office. The lady there said that it it getting close to a sell-out. Despite Vandy's stadium being small, it is a nice stadium in a great part of town. Just FYI. I was born and raised in Tennessee, so I can vouch for this. Nashville is mostly UT fans, not Vandy. The people in town are VERY friendly and very polite. They are accustomed to tourists and typically roll out the red carpet for them. I only hope that some the fans that we don't like to claim here do not make the trip.
Me too. I will be there on Thursday night. If anyone is going to be at The Stage or Tootsie (across from the arena downtown), keep a lookout for us in purple and gold.

Just checked it out and it would be cheaper for me to fly one way into Nashville than into baton Rouge. SO if i was to fly into Nashville would anyone be willing to give me a ride back to Louisiana after the game?
