We're going to bring it back, it's just a matter of doing it in a way that is functional and doesn't add more visual mess to the interface. Our goal is to have a clean forum interface that makes reading easier and not clutter the board up with 100 little buttons.
In that vein, I wish that the three buttons for "report this post" "rep" and "infractions" were not so similar in shape and color. I have hit the wrong one more than once, already.
