If trickle down economics did not work then a capitalist economy would not work. Money at the top always finds it way down. Rich dudes don't do their own shopping, prepare their own meals, drive their own cars, do their own taxes, or examine their own prostates.

That said tax cuts targeting any social class are not as beneficial to tax cuts covering the economy as a whole.
