Ann Arbor news just reported Miles will sign a extension making him one of the highest paid coaches in the country.
That would be a fine, fine thing for LSU. I still haven't given up hope that CLM's emotional PC last week was out of true love for LSU. Wouldn't that be a fine turn of events after all this speculation? Maybe he's realized how great it is to be a Tiger and the near tears om the PC were in realization that you can't really ever go home again. A win in today's SECCG would certainly slow the folks who say he can't win the big ones. :geaux:

OK, boys and girls! The press conference is scheduled at 12:50 CST, so let's all tune in and find out what's going on. I REALLY hope that CLM is sticking around. I think he's a GREAT fit for LSU and if he chooses to remain in Baton Rouge, we've found our long term coach. He may be nutty in some ways, but he's OUR nut, and we'll love him for staying. I don't believe there's a better man out there. Maybe a better coach in some ways, but not a better man. ldskule:
