A couple of minor changes this year – LINK

Last year the screen size increased by 50% to 480 X 360. This year the screen size will be 640 X 360 pixels (16 x 9 widescreen aspect ratio)

In the past 56 games where available online, this year every game will be available (except the very first qualifying game for the 64th team). Since the last games will be local broadcasts and are now available, I believe they are saying that local broadcasts even in the early rounds will no longer be subject to blackouts. That’s also implied when they mention last year’s local blackouts and then say this year will be presented “in its entirety to fans around the world with no restrictions and free of charge.”
