1. Dear Tiger Fan,

As you probably know, the number of ticket requests for the 2004 Nokia
Sugar Bowl outnumbered the amount of tickets that LSU was allotted for its
fans. Over 30,000 applications for tickets were received in the LSU
Athletics Ticket Office, but only 16,000 tickets are allotted to each team.

Because of that, many season ticket holders were entered into a lottery
draw for tickets to the game.

I am sorry to inform you that you were not among the season ticket holders
who were randomly selected to receive tickets for this game.

We appreciate your understanding of this situation and hope that you will
be able to secure tickets by other means. Your continued support of Tiger
    athletics is important to us.

    Sincerely,

    Brian Broussard
    Athletics Ticket Manager, LSU
  2. That deserves an aw shit!
  3. I got the same one

Brian Broussard said, "No tickets for you!"

    The Ticket Natzi!!!:cuss:

PS I am sure Brian is a nice guy but right now I feel like shooting the messenger.
  4. That sucks man...sorry about the crappy news!!
  5. I got mine!:D
  6. They probably won't even send the students rejection letters, but instead probably charge them anyway and call it and "Academic Athletic Excellence Fee".
  7. funny.....but very feasible at the same time.....
  8. Man, I didn't even get the rejection letter. Nothing.
  9. the sugar bowl will be bittersweet.

but since i have unconditional love for LSU, i will still HAVE to bind the sooners.
  10. Sorry to hear that man. They ought to set up some type of plan for season ticket holders that didn't get tickets. They could put those that did not get tickets at the top of the pyramid for the next big bowl game we go to.
