And we just added another CB, The Alexander kid from Stanford. So we know he is smart, but can he play?

Did he commit? Last I read, it was us or Tennessee, I think. Don’t know if he can play, but would imagine his experience alone will bring positivity to the depth there. Can’t hurt to bring him on board.

7 pass breakups and 1 interception in 40 games. Not real impressive.

According the LSU News forum he did

And counted to the '18 class so we can sign 26 in Feb until the gumps figure out a way to complain enough that big brother eventually says no.

The original question was why he was rated so low. I gave his size and height. History backs it up. I think he will do well, but won't stand up to 30 carries a game. He would compliment a bruiser quite well, but LSU is currently lacking in that department.

Yep, broken forearm... He short (5'10) for the kind of corner LSU likes but he ran track, so he should be fast...

Gotcha. Yeah, you may be right about that. We do have Curry coming in, whose supposed to be a bruiser. Nickname is Beastmode. Also, Brossette’s a big boy, so we’ll see if he’s overcome his injuries, and can hang on to the ball.

And don't forget about the big road graders up front... Should definitely benefit whoever is toting the rock... I'm interested in seeing how the ol and dl perform this year...
