1. Leonard Fournette, Williams, Guice and Brosette. I think any one of these guys could start anywhere in the country. Not to mention the likes of Jeremy Hill in the NFL LSU I think deserves this label as much as they do for having the best Cornerbacks in the country. When you get down to it all of these running backs are from Louisiana which makes the title even more deserving. Eddie Lacey is another Louisiana boy that slipped out of our grasp.
  2. Alabama has had a bunch of good ones that didn't pan out in the NFL.
  3. But I think if you take into fact of what we have this year I think it's safe to say we have the best backfield in America.
  4. If you are going that route then the list is long. FSU made a good living off of backs from La, I think Marshall Faulk is from there as well.

  6. And Travis Minor followed Dunn at Catholic High and then FSU

  8. Louisiana definitely produces some good tailbacks, that's for certain.

  9. yeah this is something usually reserved for isl. ya know, there could be better backs at other schools but how many games have we watched outside of LSU at this point. so how would we know. danielson said it but he said the same thing about bama the previous week im sure.

LSU-offensive line u, dbu, rbu, dlu, special teams u. but we are certain we are not LBu or QBu although kwon made me miss him as he destroyed the saints sunday.

  10. Last week they posted the top 10 running backs in the NFL. 3 of the 10 were from Louisiana:

    Jeremy Hill
    Eddie Lacy
    Matt Forte
