1. h264 is one of the best codecs around, and it will be hugely popular for 'mainstream' users sooner rather than later. x264 is an open source version of the h264 codec. Far from obscure.
  2. I seeded my wife about 6 months ago. I am about to be a father in another 3.
    So be careful seeding things.
  3. That's too funny.
  4. enough seeds now. downloading about 50K/s
  5. too bad it requires a ton of CPU to decode. It plays back extremely sloooooooow under XBMC.
  6. I figured it would have been on LSUSports.net by now but no such luck.
I can't get my damned router configured right to do the torrent thingy.
    :bncry:
  7. It doesn't support UPNP? Get a new router!

In all seriousness, you need to setup port 6881 to be forwarded...both TCP and UDP.. on your router. Your router should support port forwarding if not UPNP.

    What model is it?
  8. D-Link DI624

I went through the support topics and followed the instructions but I could never get it to work. Kept getting a NAT error. I was trying the Azureus client. I got kinda aggravated (I dont like to RTFM), I really need to look into it again before giving up.
  9. just get bittornado.. took me no setup to get around the router...
  10. Yes, it's a future technology...best used for high definition and high bitrates. Supports lots of advanced funcitons that will be useful in the future though.
