So what were "The Glory Years" for LSU in football...The late 50's and early 60's?
What impetus was there for the University to go after top coaching talent and bring us to the Glory Years of football we're currently in? Applying your logic to the football program, we'd have hung onto Dinardon't because, in Joe Jim Beam Dean's famous words, "He's graduating his players,".
Remember the attrition from that last team? LOL on that one, eh?
The only thing that's old is your constant carping on those that see problems that aren't being solved.
Get over it: BRADY SUCKS.
Reality check: Most LSU fans would say that just because we don't have a history in athletics of competing for national titles in a particular sports, that doesn't mean we should sit back and be happy with sub-standard performances year after year.
You, sir, haven't been in reality in quite a long time as far as your opinions regarding LSU Basketball. Between you and cajdav, MikeD, and the other babbling sycophantic ramblers here that blindly support a sub-standard product at all costs, for the sake of your precious stubborn nature, it is truly a case study in superiority complexes. Your obsession with being right, and to demean all others that question your position is as childish as it is typical by now on this site, and you now know why I am an infrequent visitor most of the time.
You should be proud of your man. John Brady and his tenure here is a shining example of your mindset and its prevalence in terms of LSU's Basketball fortunes.
