I was just reading all the post and some are really good and logical and others are just absurd. Nevertheless they are all entertaining. I'll throw my two cents in by saying that I guess I'm a realist. I do hope Alabama wins the rest of the way, naturally cuz I'm a bama fan. But I do believe Bama is over rated. I don't think Bama has come that far yet, although they are taking steps in the right direction. Just to be at the point the team is right now is amazing to me. I also think there are several other teams that are over rated as well. So we are not in that boat alone. Alabama will have to play their best game so far to pull it out over LSU. I know Bama fans don't won't to admit it, but LSU just has more depth and talent than we do right now. We have talent quality wise just not quantity. Should Bama lose to both Allbarn and LSU I will still be proud of the progress they have made this season. When you compare it with what the program has dealt with over the past few years the season will still be a success. I can't believe some of the cockiness displayed on this board though by some on both sides. (A male thing I'm sure! :wink: )

The BCS is finished if Bama makes it through the SECCG undefeated and gets left out of the Rose Bowl, as did Auburn last year. We can then count on a 16 team playoff, just like Div I-AA, Div II, and Div III.

But that won't happen. Bama is just an average SEC team. Yeah, decent defense, but who have they played? They gave up a lot more yds to UF than we did. Their offense is anemic. We'll take 'em to the woodshed.

Only way Florida scored 17 points was off of STUPID turnovers. LSU should have blanked them, but a win is a win, right ? Talking about winning by narrow margins... Didnt you beat Tennessee by three with a lucky fumble by them on the 5 yd line that would have sealed the deal? AND Ole miss almost beats you if its not for a clutch kick! Just let the game play out... just don't expect UA to blow LSU out of the water or anything... game should be close, but I don't think it will.
