    Early in his career, Barry Manilow supplemented his income by writing commercial jingles. Some of his best known include McDonald's (You deserve a break today), State Farm (Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there), Band Aids (I am stuck on Band Aids, cuz Band Aids stuck on me), Dr. Pepper (Wouldn't you like to be a pepper too?) and Pepsi (Join the Pepsi people, feeling free, feeling free...)
