Yes, like Tyrann Matthieu, good thing nobody drafted him. He might be trouble or not, but you could at least wait until you get a few facts on why he was dismissed first.
He may have been dismissed, but all the news says right now is that he's no longer with the team. It's at least a chance he left on his own or for a completely different reason other than being kicked off. All we know right now is he's in Abbeville.
