I think he's refering to the fact that Miles is a Michigan guy and if they fire Carr they may go after Miles. For one, i don't belive that Miles would leave us after only a year, and he aint getting fired. Also, i don't think that Miles leaving would be a good thing. Sure we might get Davis, or maybe we might get the DC for Arizona State. You just don't know with ol Skip. Either way, a high turnover at a program is never good in any college sport. Even if Miles does as the nay sayer say he will (which he won't) he still will get 3 years. So just suck it up and don't be such a downer. It aint happening anytime soon if it ever does. After the next two seasons you can crow about how you told us this would happen or you can eat crow and admit you were wrong.
great game and just another inch toward a carr retirement. you keep thinking its pure speculation. if you want the best for the tiger program you would have wanted a michigan loss also. here coach miles, here coach. cant wait till big blue comes a knocking.
I've HATED Nebraska ever since the Sugar Bowl loses in the late '80's. Reguardless of the outcome of that game, the officiating SUCKED! Figures--it's a Sun Belt crew.....they didn't know what a REAL football game was until tonight....and it showed.
