28-5 since Miles has been here, and the coach had nothing to do with it? Give me a break.

It's our way of weeding out the trolls. If you can't take the initial abuse, you eran a little gratitude here.

in all honesty, purple reign...i'm pretty sure about half of all that flaming you got was just bad timing of your question. things were a <sarcasm>little bit emotional</sarcasm> around here saturday night. half of the other half was all about "welcoming" the noob. and that last bit was 10,000% CLM LOVE! ;)

Tiga's got a great point. He's been here less than a year, averaging about 210 posts a day and is now a mod. And if you know Tiga, you know he ain't the brightest bulb in the pack....though he is one of the more genuinely nice folks here. :thumb:
Yep, same goes for GGFan. Agree completely with his sentiments. And don't mind Supa, he's just an auditor -- he can't help it. :hihi:

NO, not just any coach could come in here and win! I will use Mack Brown at Texas for an example. He gets top 10 recruiting classes every year and it took an super player to get him a MNC. He lets out of state school steal their top recruits year in and year out, Terrence Tolliver, Adrian Peterson and the Moody kid amoung other many many others. The coach is what makes a program you can have all the talent in the world (see USC) and still not perform on the field.

I will take Les Miles over just about any other coach any day of the week! I think he is the perfect guy for our program. IF we win the NC this year the sky is the limit for our program. Recruits form all over the nation will take a hard look at us more so than now.

No problem Nutriaitch. I'm still here.

You are correct tigerdro. My initial thread was probably based more on emotion as were the responses after an aggravating loss (I can't think of any other description other than aggravating because I know KY should lose to LSU 8 times if they played 10 times this year). We'll see how it plays out. Hopefully I was wrong on thinking CLM was leaving after this season.

    LSU!

It ain't what you say, it's how you say it. There are forums where blind negativity will get you censored or deleted. At TF, you just have to take the slings and barbs of a notoriously cynical membership. Toughen that skin and don't take it all personally. :thumb:

The overwhelming majority of the players on the fins squad were there before Saban arrived and after he left.. Looks like Saban was an overachiever working with the same talent. Btw, hope you guys kick some tubbyass saturday!:)
