He got dunked on for sure. This wouldn't have been a big deal at all if the tape wasn't confiscated. HUGE PR disaster. It's better off for the LeBron camp that the tape was released/leaked.
I agree just a case of the media jumping on something and making a bigger deal out of it without the facts than it should be.

The footage sucked and the dunk wasnt that great. They were acting like the guy left his nuts on Lebrons head.
he got yoked on, but he was out of position and off to the side, i agree, if he would have left it alone, no one would have even known about it.
