Mingo grew up a basketball guy so I'd imagine he's just going to UConn because he likes their basketball program and wanted to catch a game.
I dunno... I heard that in order for UConn to make the numbers work they're offering him a spot on the hockey team. Apparently there's this Gordy Howe legacy scholarship available and it includes a paid internship as a member of Barak Obama's white house staff That's funded through one of Oprah Winfrey's Charities. Today, they flew him to Chicago to see the Oprah show and one of the backstage hands is a friend of my cousin who posts on an unnamed LSU blog and, rumor is, that Beyonce was seen sitting on his lap in the green room. He's all but gone now. We'll never finish no.1 :nope:. Damn Gumps.
According to Dandy Don this morning, Mingo's supposed to announce his decision at 8:30. Anyone else know this to be true?
