Actually, USC makes more sense. I would hate it, but think about it. PAC-10 defenses suck and he could potentially have XBOX type stats instead of facing the nation's best defenses week in and week out.

On the other hand, it seems like he'd want to wait and see if there's any fallout from the Reggie Bush situation before signing there. Otherwise, he'd be playing for a team with sanctions for most of his time there.
