I've only been to OKC once but I saw lots and lots of Mexicans on construction sites.

 

I'd be more surprised if you told me you didn't see one

There was one road I drove down a few times: Small businesses on both sides of the road. A lot of auto repair places but almost every other business was a taqueria. I don't see how they could all stay in business.
