The morning paper said that Kuale is practising in pads. Miles said that he might be a step slow, yet, but I got the impression that we may see him play in the next two games.

The deal is . . . the three LB starters are all doing great jobs this season. Kuale may not be able to regain his starting job this year which will hurt him for NFL consideration.

I think the NFL guys look much deeper into the scenario than this and will go on what they do know about him snd how he tests out at the combines. I also think a broken bone is not the type of injury they worry about re-occuring.

As for LB's in pass coverage, I do have to give Cameron V. a lot of kudo's for the 5 or 6 passes he has defense deep down the middle, he has been all over the guys even though he maybe should have bee n called for interference once or twice. No way Turner could have stayed with those TE's and RB's deep downfield last season. vaughan has impressed me in the middle this season.

yeah Vaughn had done an exceptional job in coverage. He has been all over the player. A couple times he has had such good coverage he almost got penalized because he does not look for the ball. While the offensive player is trying to make a play Cameron just keeps running. We are doing a pretty good job recognizing the back coming out of the backfield.
