    There is no Lawful Authority for de facto Drug Prohibition. Congress has no lawful power to legalize anything . . . a point made clear by Dr. Thomas Szasz in OUR RIGHT TO DRUGS.

    OK, you're saying everything is legal until the government says its not. So "legalization" is an admission that we allowed the government to overstep its authority, and "repeal" means we took back our rights. Am I getting that right?
