No they are not. If someone gets hit by a bus, nobody asks for proof of citizenship, they take them to the hospital, that is just a modern country being compassionate. But illegals are not allowed to obtain government health insurance nor will they be in the new plan.
Yes service was rendered, no they often don't pay. BUT, they are often discovered to be illegal and find themselves deported as a consequence.
An illegal alien can't get a license thus can't drive a car. Nor does an illegal alien pay taxes. This illegal alien gets a car. Drives on the road. Gets into an accident. Goes to hospital. Gets service. Leaves. Doesn't pay. Great! But can I have my tax dollar back? Obama and the Dems and some Repubs can't even muster up the heart to deport someone who is illegal and sucks off our system when we have the chance to check their status.
