JJ starting

Only because of JL's performance and benching last week.

 

But Lee hasn't completed a full game since JJ's reinstatement weeks ago! So in a sense, Lee has been "benched" EVERY game this season.

 

Hatch started until he got hurt. Lee started until he got benched.

RP started both games in 2007 because Matt Flynn got hurt.

To me, this game is a warmup for whoever will start the remainder of the season and Coach Miles is saying that he wants JJ to have reps.

 

That's because we've been blowing everyone out...

You don't start Jefferson if Lee is still your QB. Lee is done.

I love Les Miles but he has not done Jarrett Lee any favors in his career... he definitely loves him some JJ though.

 

Well it's no secret that CLM is going to use a 2 QB system, no matter who starts. But who starts the game, is generally "the guy". Given JL's performance last week, I thought this would be a great opportunity for him to light it up, and get his confidence back. Having him start on the bench, is the exact opposite. Islstl might be right. He may be done.

 

Judging by how this game is being played, they are trying to give JJ more pass plays...
