1. Other than the last touchdown, I thought the biggest play of the game was Jessie Daniel's third down tackle of Leak late in the 4th quarter. Especially for a team that has had trouble tackling all season. If Leak gets that first, even with the timeouts, LSU probably gets the ball with no more than 1 minute left and has to throw instead of being able to run some on the last drive.

    This seemed to be the first "real" game this year in which the LSU defense constantly made some plays. Although they didn't force any turnovers, they were able to get pressure at times and also knock down some balls in the secondary. And the tackling although not pefect was much, much better last night. There were alot of young guys out there who will only get better. I believe most of us were spoiled by last years dominating defensive performances.
