I thought J Lee looked pretty mad while standing on the sideline, with only a couple of minutes left. Strange seeing him angry, considering the magnitude of the game.

This Lee situation is a strange deal. It's been a rough road for Lee, most of it from his poor play. However he's also played lights-out at times and is a huge reason LSU is undefeated and 13-0

There are a lot of players that don't play as much as they'd like, especially on a team as loaded with talent like LSU. Lee is just the most visible.

Mad or heartbroken? The kid saved LSUs season and didn't get a chance to play in the 2nd biggest game of his college career even though the other QB had 5 (or 6) straight 3 and outs. A game that without him we might not have made it to.

How about this... I read this morning that Lee is leading the SEC in completion percentage. It is Miles opinion that no first downs and 12 yards of offense doesn't warrant a terribly struggling JJ being replaced by the SEC's best QB in terms of completion percentage.

JJ played better in the second half, but Miles has done Lee wrong based on what we know. Based on the way Miles has handled Lee and JJ their whole careers, I don't think it is unreasonable to believe Miles continues to mishandle QB. Jeeze.

Thrilled about the season we're having, perplexed by the way QBs have been handled despite it. What else should we expect from a guy who took a knee four times and gave the opponent the ball?

I have not been a big fan of JJ or JL the last 3 years. Both are liabilities and we will be better off when that QB situation is in the rear view mirror. But, I do agree that JL deserved to play at least 2 series in the first half due to JJ stinking up the joint. Miles is making a mistake in his use of JL the last few games. Despite JL's shortcomings as a QB, he is the only backup with ANY playing experience. I don't promote a coach trying to "keep a QB happy" by finding ways to play him, but JL needed to play last night to help us win and I am dissappointed Miles did not get JL some meaningful snaps when he could have helped the team and sending him in there to take a knee for one play was a slap in the face. JJ could have taken the knee.

Les is a classless act............he showed that by sending Lee in in the last few seconds of the last two games........even if Lee has fallen out with him.....sending him in like that shows how childish he is. IF HE TRIES THIS CRAP IN THE DOME, THE FANS HERE WILL LET HIM KNOW WHAT WE THINK ABOUT HIM!!

Here's the thing -- other than the rumors we've heard about JL's grades, we don't know what's really going on behind the scenes. Perhaps something will come out after January 9th, who knows.

Right now, good QB play or bad QB play, we're 13-0 and on the brink of a NC. The other phases of the game more than make up for lousy QB play. Remember that defense wins championships!

If he is so far ahead in the BCSNCG that he can take a knee on the last series of the game then I doubt ANYONE will be booing him.

I wouldn't go that far as to call Les classless. Maybe mismanaging the QB situation, but that's about it.
