ScottforJC It's never over until God says its over-Sid Ortis

I hate it for JL, I really do. I would not like it if JL were my son. However, it's competition and competition always produces a #1 and "the rest".

I'm sure it's been said, but I'll say it again. Miles' decisions have us at 13-0 playing for another crystal. All of his actions demonstrate that he is a stand-up guy, loved by the players, loved by a majority of the fans and has the TEAM's interest at heart.

JL did his part for the TEAM when asked but, we all watched him flinch, fold or throw the ball into a bad situation whenever he felt pressured. He's a good passing QB except for that one trait, and oh how important it is for a passing QB to be able to stand in the pocket.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but Miles already said a couple of weeks ago that he is not looking for our approval of his decisions. I don't expect to see JL play much against Bama because Nick will blitz him until one of the Tide players can put a jaw-breaking hit on him and put him back into panic mode.

I'm wondering if Mett will be getting equal reps with the twos leading up to the game in case JJ goes down.

Good question. Also I wonder if the freakin hanky is going to be thrown when Upshaw spears our quarterback late like he has 2 of the last 3 times we have played.

Saban will hit JJ fast in the 1st quarter

We will see another 1st half like we saw with Georgia . Miles can do nothing about that .bama is stronger than Georgia , .Saban will be on JJ's back, in his face , giving JJ no where to run . Plus will cover the pass .You know Saban as well as I do. We will try to do the same to Bama's QB , JJ did not move the ball well against in bama the 1st game he will do no better in this game . J LEE will not play . Nick will blitz JJ l and all of the Tide players will put put a jaw-breaking hit on him and put him back into panic mode after the 1st set of plays .JJ will be confused. Our defense will have to bail out Les' butt one more time if it can .Bama will throw the short 4 and 5 yard pass that we love to see, and they will hit down the middle a little to the right of the center . Watch for it . Saban has to win this game , Or Saban will be in a panic mode . Am I wrong ?? Mett if he plays will take over in the 2nd half , .
JJ will not have the Bowl Game he had against Texas A&M. I look for Miles to leave JJ in no matter what happens . If J Lee gets into the game it will be to late , to have any effect on the game . If we are winning JJ will play all but one play .You have guessed it >

Has nothing to do with it's competition .JJ gets confused .That is his only weakness, he cannot pick out a 2nd reciever . Only his 1st .

It all boils down to this. Do you trust your coaching staff? I do.... thats enough for me.

I've already said I have some gripes about the way they've handled the JJ and Lee saga from the start. But overall, yes, I'm on board. I'll be eagerly anticipating the championship game, proud to be led by Les, hoping to put a ribbon on this amazing season.
