1. Me thinks you invented and endpoint and are filling it in as you go.
  2. joe biden can do this as well yeah? declare a national emergency and martial law?

i mean, i can do it to, right?
  3. So easy it didnt happen huh...
  4. No you didn’t. You put forth a bullshit fantasy.
  5. Unfortunately Joe Biden could. Fortunately you can’t.
  6. Yes, Rexy got in Trump's head and laid out his plan very eloquently (I think its a pretty clever plan from someone the left has been calling an idiot for 5 years, but what the hell?) So why didn't he do it? He could have started doing this the moment the House members fled the chamber. Maybe he didn't because there was no such plan?
  7. Sure he could. He can seduce Kamala and when it comes to 2024 hatch their plan on Jan 6th.

  8. Actually it was several of Trump’s minions including Mark Meadows, Steve Bannon and others. It was encapsulated in the John Eastman email that laid it out. You’re right Rex isn’t corrupt enough to come up with it.
  9. It’s not what Biden could do. It’s what Trump tried to do.
  10. Easily, in fact.

Neither Mike Pence nor his security detail would have known for hours what the ultimate size of the mob would be, what weapons they would ultimately bring to bear, what breaches had already occurred under previous steps in security, what breaches would still occur, what level of national guard assistance could be relied upon, what level of military assistance they might get nor when. It's important to remember that Pence knew the character of the man in charge, i.e. trump, who he no doubt viewed as an untrustworthy, narcissistic snake who might refuse any assistance, whatsoever. It's quite easy to imagine that Pence might have started bargaining with the mob controlling the Capitol, delaying or even suspending his certification duty altogether. In which case trump would have siezed the excuse to declare an emergency situation, and all hell would have broken loose.
