This is the one guy I was hoping we would get probably more than any other....one being he is not from Louisiana (so we weren't necessarily getting him by default), and the other is the run stuffing DT stud that we seem to always get. I thought he would be a UT lock. Wow, what a get this would be.
So I guess Rivals should soon list LSU as a school of intrest for him? Someone explain a uncomitable offer? must be kinda complicated as two players commited to LSU when they shouldn't have??

Parso what do you think our chances with this guy? I keep hearing good things about how he thinks of us but I would like to hear from someone that really knows what they are talking about. Do we really have a chance at Sheppard also? Everything sort of says he really likes us.
McFarland wants immediate playing time. We lose at least 2 DT's next year, possibly 3 if RJF goes pro early. I won't call him an LSU lean, but we're in great shape with him. See the thread on Sheppard.
for now but he will visit all the other big schools interested in him and things can change quickly too bad he didn't pull the trigger today we'll be in his final 3 I am sure
