I know that today's practice probably won't consist of anything too "deep", as most of it--if not all--will be geared to getting the players back in shape and getting them introduced to the entire staff, but I still can't hold still--I'm axious to read what some of the coaches thought and what was some of the players reactions.
How much will JaMarcus Russell get to throw in the Spring considering his surgery? From what I hear, he will be limited. I'm just kind of surprised that he would throwing already after having any kind of surgery on his throwing elbow. Anyone else have any kind of word on that?
