Is this really true...?

    Les Miles has been a boon the medical industry. Just think of all the sales of OTC blood pressure meds that would tank if he were to leave.

    So 68% winning percentage. How many of those games did he have the more talented team? I bet at least 68% of the time, probably more. I don't think that record tells us anything.

    What was most interesting to me is that if LSU plays twelve games per year (including bowl) for ten years = 120 games plus this years game and a few SEC championships, that makes around 123 total games that Miles has coached --- Is it true that 56 of these 123 games (46%) were "one possession games"?

    It's hard to pull away from teams when you play prevent offense like someone called it earlier.

    one possession games arent a good thing for the most part. i think we are getting to the root of the problem.

    We let Saturday's game turn into a 1 possession game with our super-conservative play calling, and .... as strong as our D played, they didn't get any turnovers.
