not very bad at all. cnnsi.com says LSU was dominate, even with an injured Matt Flynn. called SC's 4th quarter scores "window dressing" ESPN.com analysis says LSU dominated this game with defense and a great running game. they did mention SC was overrated at 12, but no negatives about the 4th quarter meltdown. so all you doom and gloomers cheer up........add to it USC is only up 7 at home in the 2nd to an unranked WSU team
Flynn hobbling, Doucet out for 3 games, Alexander out for the season. I think we did well. SC is the real deal, not an over rated #12 IMO. They are a legit threat in the east, a spoiler at the very least. But I did not see LSU do anything to endanger their rating.
Give Flynn three quarters off vs. Tulane. And figure out who the hell is going to return punts. Otherwise, the Gators will chomp up butterfingers Mitchell in front of the entire TV-viewing country and score two TDs on muffed punts.
