Exactly. This is what I've been arguing against.

unisome, now that is an interesting word. they have a drug called unisom, i think it is a sleep aid, the root "som" meaning sleep like in somnabulist and insomnia. maybe unisome means lots of people sleeping together at once.

fleet week is always cool because of all the cool boat traffic passing by in the hudson river. plus i always get a chuckle out of those incredibly stupid 1971-style navy white outfits.

Moderation is important. My son gets to play 30 minutes a day, and he does t-ball and taekwondo 3 times a week.

No sedentary lifestyles in my house!
