Don't know how much you watch Tennesse but the Tigers were awesome in stopping/frustrating Slay. I also liked the adjustments at the half to stop Higgins from hitting the threes.
He has helped. When they switched the rotation and starting bringing Hudson, Bridgwater, and Mitchel in that gave us solid substiturions. They handle the ball as well as any team we have had. Whipple will continue to improve and give us another solid player to mix with the talented freshmen next year.
Hopefully this will be a long sustained momentum which will carry over next year with that amazing class that Brady brought in!
I knew there was some untapped fire power on that team. I guess they were like a volcano building up pressure and finally exploding in the last two games.
