I would love to meet ol' HJ myself, just to be dwarfed by his gigantosity (a little Don Kingism for ya).
He is very well spoken and has a very outgoing demeanor. He is a little hesitant with babies, as we found out. But man, what a good person.
I was in Tiger Stadium working on the Drum Major Box for Tiger Band..... Here are pictures of what the construction looks like....
At first we baked in the sun, then the clouds rolled in and cooled things off but I was afraid it was going to storm and we would have a stampede. David Jones has to be one of the nicest guys on the team he was very nice and patient with all of the the children. Caught some code language b/w Amp Hill and Buster Davis re a certain young lady in the area while waiting for Amp's auto, it was comical !
Well, we have those interviews with the players and clips from Miles, Pelini, and Jimbo on todays show so give it a listen. Should be a treat for the Tiger fans.
So I guess you were 'Frank', going off about smoking? Well, if that is the case, your comments about alcohol being allowed into the stadium wery very much off-base. They've cracked down pretty hard on that. I've had to finish or pour out my beer everytime I've entered the stadium. Other than that, good show.
